• Standard Courier: $4 for orders under $40

• Free Delivery: For orders of $40 and above

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 14-day exchange policy for defective or incorrect items from the date of receipt, subject to the following terms:

• The item must be in its original purchase condition.

• Packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked, and not defaced in any manner.

• Items purchased as part of a set must be returned as a complete set.

All sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are only offered for goods that are (1) damaged or faulty due to a manufacturer defect, and/or (2) if we delivered an incorrect product.

A refund will be issued only if a replacement item is out of stock.

Please contact us immediately at info@revitalash.com.sg with your order number, details of the issue, and an image of the faulty/incorrect item(s). Please do not discard the item, as we require the damaged or incorrect products to be returned to Neoasia (S) Pte. Ltd.
